Oil your hair regularly

You must oil your hair regularly. This will nourish your hair and stimulate your hair follicles to stay strong and grow healthy hair. Oiling and massaging your hair regularly also prevents frizziness and makes your hair easier to handle.

Use paraben-free and sulfate-free products

Use paraben-free and sulfate-fee shampoos, conditioners or serums as these do not have any anti-effect on your hair. Using chemical-laden hair products will eventually take a toll on your hair and scalp. Such products will lead to hair fall and greying.

Use home-made hair masks

There are various products in your kitchen pantry that do oodles of good to your hair. You can use these products such as eggs, olive oil, avocados, curd, ripe bananas, honey, etc to make your own hair mask and apply it on your hair for half an hour before washing. These will make your hair soft and shiny.

Regular Trimming

You should get your hair trimmed regularly, as this will stimulate your follicles to produce new hair and also grow healthier. Regular trimming also helps you get rid of split ends.
